The location was unbeatable, the public spaces were overall clean and the staff was efficient. Savoury and generous breakfasts with good options and refill of coffee, as for instance. We liked excellent service offered. Staying here for holidays was very nice, totally recommendable.

The staff were professional, the breakfast was tasty and everything was fab. The staff created a quiet atmosphere. Optimal location, 10 minutes' walk to Captain Cook Memorial Museum Whitby. Very good value for money and decent service.

It was a wonderful experience, very good value for money. Highly efficient staff and a WARM breakfast including plenty of cereal, cheese and eggs. I enjoyed a tasteful decor and elegant furniture. Nice garden and nice pool area.

Can't find anything wrong. Food is brilliant. It was very clean in the hotel. Just walking distance from Long Kings, where you can have lunch.
